5-Minute AB-BLASTER Challenge

That’s right, it’s our favorite muscle group to work: our ABS. There’s just something satisfying about that BURN we get in our abs during a workout. It is so important to have a strong core to keep us safe during exercise, work, or any aspect of our daily lives! Our cores are our powerhouses and we want them to be STRONG. And this workout is an excellent way to build strength and endurance in those abdominal muscles!

That being said, here’s a quick tip: to get the BEST results, try not to do isolated ab workouts every single day. Lots of people think that’s how 6-packs are made. It’s not. Our muscles need time to recover and rebuild, which won’t happen if we’re constantly working out the same muscles day after day! So give your abs time to heal and only isolate them a couple times a week!

Now let’s get started! This quick workout focuses on slow movements that force your abs to stay engaged and in control, while still burning fat and increasing that abdominal strength! And the best part? It doesn’t require any equipment!

Workout timing: 50 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest
