Getting back into the swing of the new year, it’s easy to get caught up in all the day to day activities, and forget to make time for our workouts.
But NOT ANYMORE!
Because I have a brand new workout that is just 5 MINUTES!
Workout timing and description: 50 seconds work / 10 seconds rest
Booty boot camp
Plié squats + Calf raise
Alternating Forward Lunges
Single leg glute bridge R
Single leg Glute bridge L
Heel together Reverse Glute raise
Believe me, I know that days get busy, and lives get hard. Being a mom myself, I know all the fun little surprises and craziness that can pop up.
Just the other day, I was in the middle of doing some of my Flat Abs stuff for all of you lovely humans, when I got a call that I needed to pick one of my kids up early from school. (Don’t worry, totally not a big deal thing. Everything is all good.)
Still, I completely wasn’t planning on doing that, and it wasn’t necessarily a convenient time. But of course, I dropped what I was doing to take care of my kids, because I am always a mom first. Guess what? I still had to do everything I had planned that day.
Not only did I get it all done, but I also had time for my workout. Because I made time for it.
