I hope you’re ready to SWEAT, because we are doing CARDIO! Not only is cardio great for increasing cardiovascular endurance and burning fat, but when you’re consistent with it, there are so many health benefits that result. You’ll have more energy, it’ll help you be able to sleep better, it can help reduce stress and anxiety, it decreases your risk of heart disease and other health problems, and you’ll just FEEL better. Cardio is so important!
And that’s why I created this workout! This quick workout elevates your heart rate, gets you sweating FAST, and it’s also a great workout for your legs! (And as you know, I LOVE working legs. The more we work our legs, that faster our metabolisms go!) This workout is designed to be both short and intense, so be sure to really push yourself. It’s only 5 minutes, and there is NO equipment needed!
Workout timing and description: Tabata timing-20/10 (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest in between each exercise), repeat the circuit 2-3 times.
