Delicious Healthy Brownie Recipe!

I was so proud of these healthy brownies I made the other day! They were SO yummy and moist!

I will definitely be perfecting them though. Want them to be more chewy!

Sugar and gluten free!

Recipe:

✔️2 mashed, peeled sweet potatoes

✔️1 zucchini (I put mine in a food processor)

✔️1/2 cup coconut or brown rice flour

✔️3/4 cup Cocoa

✔️ 3 egg whites- 2 whole eggs. (I used chocolate flavored Muscle Egg Whites!)

✔️1.5 tsp baking powder

✔️1/3 cup raw honey.

(optional additions: Couple dashes of Stevia. 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder 1 tbs pure maple).

I think next time I’ll add oats for the texture! I’ll let you guys know how it goes! 🙂

Bake at 415 degrees for about 30 minutes! I drizzled the top of mine with my favorite homemade chocolate! (1/4 C cocoa, 1/4 C coconut Oil, 3 tbs natural sweetener. I use pure maple!)

Hi! Want to know if I can use egg substitute for this recipe?? (Healthy brownies) like chia egg or flax seed egg?? Alergies to eggs :/

Add walnut pieces to them for texture and a bump of protein.

3 egg whites-2whole eggs…does this mean both egg whites & whole eggs? Or just egg whites or just 2whole eggs?

Two whole eggs (yolk/whites) and one additional egg white only.

    Just a couple of questions:

    1. How big are the sweet potatoes supposed to be?
    2. Can I use tapioca flour?

    Thanks.

Medium and yes, you may use tapioca flour if you prefer.
