TOTAL BODY BURNER

Welcome back, and thank you SO MUCH for checking back in with me!  If you missed it, I did a WORKOUT LIVE on the Flat Abs Fitness page. YAY!! WORKOUTS!!

Today, I am doing a TOTAL BODY BURNER workout with Marissa and Olivia and all you need is a chair.

That’s right. A chair.

I design these workouts to be easy to do at home, on your schedule! So that means no excuses!! Haha. I’m serious.

This video has 5 workouts, one minute each.

You’ll do the routine 3 times, so make sure you HYDRATE!!

Chair Push-ups
Grab the sides of your chair
Keep your body at an incline
STAY STRAIGHT, and keep your wrists straight
Engage your core

Single Leg Squat (LEFT)
Right leg extended, off the ground, you’ll squad JUST on your left leg
Keep your core tight and BOOTY OUT
If that’s too hard, just keep your leg out, but on the ground
**If that is STILL too hard, you can just do a fill body squat. Both legs. No worries:) Keep it at the right level FOR YOU!

Single Leg Squat (RIGHT)
Same as the left leg!!
FORM MATTERS
Focus on doing it right, rather than doing it fast

Tricep Dips
Hold on to the edge of the chair and keep your booty close as you dip down
Bring your elbows behind you
CORE TIGHT!! ALWAYS THE THING!
**If you want more of a challenge, straighten your legs as you sit down

Alternating Leg Lifts
Start in plank position
Lift your legs, alternating one at a time
Keep your booty tight and core engaged

Do each set for a MINUTE EACH WORKOUT. Then take a 30 second rest, and start over again. Three times all the way through. EMBRACE the BURN my bby’s!!

You are awesome and you are definitely going to feel this one. Just do it. NIKE!! Just kidding. But for real, I know it’s hard, I know it’s pushing you, but that’s how you get results.
