Tough HIIT Workout You Can Do At Home

Definitely needed this tough HIIT workout today.. Felt so yucky from the last couple days. Being out of town always gets me! Trying hard to focus and stay on track. Just pieced together this routine and loved it. Set your stopwatch on your phone: 4 rounds for time. ✔️15 Kettlebell Swings ✔️5 hand stand push-ups (you can do modified version if you need to. Just put your knees on the edge of your couch, hands on the floor and go down into a push-up) ✔️15 Power Jacks! Push hard and keep moving! Try to get the lowest time you can! Try not to rest between movements more than 20 seconds. You want your heart to be racing! This is HIGH intensity! This routine is full body but focuses on shoulders and arms!
