3 Tips to Get Visible Abs

Want visible abs?

There’s a few facts we need to get straight!

1. You must must.. MUST have a balanced, healthy Nutrition Meal Plan.

Skipping meals, especially breakfast WILL be the mistake that prevents you from having those beautiful little abdominals. TRUST ME, I speak from experience.

2. You MUST do full body, HIGH intensity exercises.

HIIT workouts are an epic way to do this! (HIIT workouts are included in the Free Flat Abs Challenges and on our Facebook page)

The Key to Burning Fat

The KEY to burning fat (Which is what needs to happen when your goal is abs, you must lower you body fat percentage.) is CONSISTENCY and INTENSITY.

Your workouts absolutely have to make you break a sweat, and get your heart beating like crazy fast. If this is not happening during your workout.. you are unfortunately wasting your time. (I’m sorry 🙁 It’s a sad truth.)

And you must be consistent! I recommend working out HARD 4-5 times a week! Then 1 low key lifting or yoga day. Then always always, 1 complete rest day. When I got into exercise, this was SO hard for me to grasp and accept. But resting is just as, if not more important than the actual workout!

3. Do Isolated Ab Exercises!

Though it is third on the list, It is still important to isolate those beautiful abdominal muscles and really strengthen and build them! There are some very effective exercises out there to do so!

Now, in case you didn’t know, we have a nutrition program that teaches you recipes and meal planning.. and honestly everything I wish I had back when I was getting started. So if you’d like to access the page to learn more, Click Here! 🙂

The program is called 15-Day Food Makeover, and it’s a complete meal plan that will help you change your relationship with food. We price it at a very affordable price because we know how tough it can be. But honestly, the information in this program is extremely valuable.. and that’s just fact…

I love you guys and I really hope these thoughts of mine made a difference for you in your fitness journey! <3

I would like to do the meal plan, but how much would a hard copy of your materials cost. It says on your website that you only have pdf format and can download it.
