Abs And Booty Burner Day


How are you all doing today? I hope you’re doing so awesome, because today is ABS AND BOOTY DAY!

You are going to work those abs and get buns of STEEL!

For this workout today, we are using the weight of our bodies and a chair if you want one. It’s only 15 minutes, and you can do it from the comfort of your home, because that’s exactly where I did it.

We’ve got 5 workouts, 3 times, with a minute rest in between each set!

50 seconds of reps, 10 seconds of rest

Step Ups (ONE LEG)
Step up on the chair, one leg at a time, and then back down
Focus on putting all your weight on that one leg
Do for the full 50 seconds
Make sure your whole foot is on the chair, and push your heel into the chair
Abs TIGHT to keep our balance

Step Ups (OTHER LEG)
Repeat above on the other leg!

Glute Raise
Lay down on the floor with your heels on the chair, making a 90* angle with your legs
Lift your hips up and RAISE THOSE GLUTES
Keep everything nice and tight and squeeze that booty

V Ups
Sit on the chair and bring your legs up until they make a “V”
Extend all the way out, and come back in
Keep your abs braced
**You can do this on the floor if you want!

Toe Touchdown
Set up like the “V Ups,” but this time, you’re just alternating touching your toes to the floor
Keep your knees at 90* (unless you really WANT to extend, but it’s not necessary)
