Cardio BLITZ Workout!

New DAY, NEW workout! This is a super easy, super fast cardio blitz workout that you can fit into your day. No stress, no mess.

Just you, me, Marissa, and cardio in 3 minutes.

This simple, at home, cardio workout can be modified, or it can be repeated. WHATEVER works for you!

I always, always want to emphasize how important it is to take time for yourself every single day. And that includes making time to work out. I want you to be your best, to do your best, and I want to help you in any way I can.

I know I always mention that, but it’s because I think that message of just, investing in yourself every single day is such an important part of being healthy and achieving results.

Your health, your results, your goals. They are all determined by YOU.

 

Workout Instructions: 3 REPS: 9, 7, and 5.

Exercises:
Jump-squats
Pushup-jacks
Donkey-jumps

I will continue to make videos, to reach out, to make meal plans, but ultimately, this is all YOUR call. You’ve been so great, and you have committed this much, to get this far, KEEP IT UP. I don’t want you to compare yourself to anyone but who you were yesterday.

Are you changing? TODAY are you healthier than you were yesterday? How are you more committed today, than you were yesterday? Can you honestly say you are HAPPIER?

If you are working every single day to be better than the day before, then the results will come. I promise you that.

    Thanks this is a great workout. I’ve started on a light n easy food plan because I’m too busy to do meal preps at the moment. But going stronger thank you

    I dislocated my shoulder just over a year ago so would find it hard to do donkey jumps, I can’t hold weight on my right arm, I can manage a plank but only just!!!!!
