Just made us our weekly homemade pizza!!
Except this time I made it a heart! Husband Approved.
You guys I literally eat this pizza every week & have eaten protein pancakes for the last THREE days.
Healthy eating doesn’t mean depriving yourself of Delicious Food! I still eat the food I love- except now I don’t hate everything after. I love not feeling so bloated & sick!
It’s about knowing what replacements to make, making it all from home so you control what goes in it!
It’s SO IMPORTANT to get rid of all those foods with added chemicals & preservatives. You’ve heard it before.. Now LISTEN!
Cutting those foods out IS what has made the difference for me! I’m saying in EVERYTHING you eat, not half of it & Listening to your body!
I have made HUGE progress since I’ve committed to no more wheat/gluten. Some disagree, that’s fine.
But be honest w/ yourself &listen- your body with tell you! I still enjoy amazing food without wheat/gluten! I’ll never go back!
Many people I’ve worked with have had the same experience so I encourage you to ATLEAST try it!
This Pizza crust- SO easy!
1⃣ 2 1/2 cups Gluten Free Flour Blend (Made from made from Brown Rice mostly mixed with arrowroot, tapioca starch. All organic, Already mixed from Costco! Obsessed with this stuff).
2⃣ 1 1/4 cup water!
3⃣1 tsp salt.
4⃣1 tsp Baking Powder
5⃣1 tbsp virgin olive oil (Kirkland brand)!
Mix all together, roll out, and cook on 400 for 5-8 minutes.
Pull out top with whatever you want! We like pesto, or organic low sugar BBQ sauce, or organic Tomato sauce.
Then we always put tons of spinach on top! Tons of grilled chicken!
Then just a few slices of Mozzarella Cheese!
Cook for 5-8 minutes.
This is so life changing because I never feel deprived & this lifestyle is SO maintainable.
I’ve never been Fitter, Healthier, or Happier.

July 19, 2016I do the same thing. Put a 2 tbsp of pesto as the sauce on the crust. Then chicken, mushroom, onion. I do not use mozzarella, but a tiny bit of goat cheese here and there. A very healthy option, and it is delicious!
